I was born in Torbay hospital on the 1st of October 1980 which i have just discovered recently was a leap year !!! I was born at 8.00am in the morning. As a slight variation on the common thumb sucking of young babies and children i used to suck both my middle and index finger together on my left hand. A habit that i did not grow out of until i was about 7 years of age!

I had a happy childhood and started school at the normal age, my first school was in Newton abbot and is pictured to the left. Bearnes Primary school is somewhere that I remember with great fondness.

For about 4 years after this I lived in cheddar in Somerset, yes that's right, the place that they make the cheese !!! Whilst living in Cheddar I attended Cheddar first school where I had many friends. After a spell in Cheddar I later returned to Devon where I attended High school. I was a wild child and tomboy when I was a kid, coming from a seaside town loved spending time on the beach, going crabbing, collecting shells and going looking for shell fish, I also loved climbing trees, playing in the mud, and playing in the fields. My mother was very cool and beautiful hippie type when I was a kid, it was almost like having a great older sister and our relationship was very good. At one point she hand painted this beautiful rainbow on my bedroom wall, with clouds and a blue sky it was great. When I was about 8 or so I got my first real leather jacket, with its own custom design, spray painted and with chains. I loved that coat, when I was younger still I had a mink coat! Alright for some! I also used to love riding and came close to getting my own horse. Although i never entered any competitons I was a keen rider, I also had lots of pets growing up, including rabbits, cats, dogs, a hamster, a rat, stick insects and even at one point some chickens! My childhood was a lot of fun.

Teens. Everything went relatively smoothly until back down in Devon at the age of 14 i decided it was time to rebel against the institution of school, as such i came out of high school at 16 with less gcses then i would have preferred. But there you go, at the time i thought i knew best and that there was no need for me to go to school. Luckily in the end everything worked out in my favor...

After leaving school i took on various jobs in nursing homes local to my area and found that this was well suited to me due to my kind nature and friendly disposition. However eventually the novelty of such jobs began to ware of and soon i found myself starting to look in other areas.unbeliably my family are cool with what I do for a job, in fact i told them about it from the start. Sadly my dear mum passed away in april 2005 and will sorely be missed.

By the time I turned 18 i had already decided long before that i wanted to get out of my chosen occupation and into the world of adult and glamour. I was already very open minded sexually and somewhat of an exhibitionist so decided what the hell i may as well make some money doing something that i truly Enjoyed and that thing was sex !!! I had been practicing with a video camera at home for some time and a very good friend of Michael put me in contact with someone who was a rather big player in the uk market. I sent him one of my tapes and he liked it and from there put me in contact with a couple of other people. I starred in my first movie for Ben Dover entitled "Ben Dover's Butt Bangers Bonanza" on my 18th birthday It was no looking back from there.

After working for four months in the UK market (October 1998-Jan 1999) i found myself jaunting of on my first ever trip to the USA. While in the UK i had received a call from the fantastic photographer John Mason, who was over in America on an assignment and knew the i was exactly the kind of Girl that the USA was looking for.

I'm not going to go into my career in great detail here because that's what the rest of site is for !!! There's plenty of information for you and plenty of things to see and do... But I will say this, in October 2005 i will be 25 and will have been in this fantastic and fascinating business for 7 years, and I'm still going as strong as ever... I love this business, i love everything that it has given me and i definitely love the sex and the travel. What could be better. I'm getting paid for doing something i absolutely adore and bringing pleasure to thousands of people out there in the process. Who could wish for more ?

So what does the future hold ? what are my dreams, my goals and my ambitions... well in the future it is almost certain to say that i will be making the transition from talent to producing and directing my very own material... after all that has always been my long term ambition from day one... No doubt when this happens i will still be appearing in my own stuff, you don't think that i could give up having fun that easily now then do you?

My long term goal is to have my own production company set up by the age of 25, I used to say that I would Retire at this point and settle down and have a family but things change in life, October 1st 2005 will be My 25th birthday and I realize that I'm not ready to do that yet, which i know is a huge relief to my fans lol. A lot of people were freaked out by my statement that i would retire at 25, and I realized that im not ready to do that to myself or you guys yet LOL.

At this point i am getting ready to begin directing and am making Boy/Girl appearances exclusively in my own material Only for my own films and also for my website. Overall I have quit doing boy/girl for the porn industry. A drastic decision to some but I am a smart girl and at a place in my life where I feel that it is not nessacery for me to do explicit boy girl scnes anymore for everyone else to make money from, if i am am going to do them then at least I should just do them for myself and on my terms right ? That way i get all the benifits from displaying my body ;)

I have got my production company started 'The House of jade Productions', and am hoping to put out my first release by the end of this year.

I will also be Feature Dancing shortly and am intending to do some work for playboy. In the meantime I have been (and will continue to do so) spending a lot of time dong stuff for my website, If you want my most recent stuff then this is the place to find it! I have also just started a new column for UK's Parade Magazine, entitled 'Layla laid bare' . The first one will be coming out in early september and in August of 2006 there is a nice layout and interview with me in parade. I have also recently gone from blonde to brunette which both myself and my fans are loving too. With My Ksex Radio show, Running my website, Personal Appearances, My weekly xxx cam shows, content shoots & my columns for parade for AVN Insider I'm a busy girl which is just the way I like it.
